Its commitment: Since its creation, Faguo has implemented a process of continuous improvement to reduce its CO₂ emissions. It is the first French brand to conduct a projected carbon assessment. In the interest of transparency, the brand makes its carbon assessment available on its website. It also seeks to raise consumer awareness by allowing them to discover the carbon footprint of Faguo items using a QR code found on every label. 80% of Faguo items are made from recycled materials. Raw material scraps are automatically reused to create other Faguo items. Faguo stores provide recycling collection points where customers can drop off heavily worn clothing. Faguo plants a tree for every item produced to offset its carbon footprint. The brand has reportedly planted nearly 2 million trees in France, the equivalent of 300 forests. Since 2021, the brand has been B Corp certified.
