Embodying Patagonia’s DNA, this hooded parka is a warm, timeless, and versatile piece inspired by one of our flagship models from the early 1980s. The current version is designed to be highly wind- and weather-resistant while incorporating cutting-edge materials to reduce plastic pollution.

🌊 Environmental Commitment and Recycled Materials

NetPlus® Fabric: The durable outer fabric is made from 100% post-consumer recycled NetPlus® textured nylon. This nylon is made from recycled fishing nets, directly contributing to the reduction of plastic pollution in the oceans.
Insulation and Lining: Warmth is provided by a 100% recycled polyester fleece lining in the torso and hood, while the sleeves are insulated with 60 g/m² Thermogreen™ 100% recycled polyester.
PFAS-Free DWR: The parka features a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish formulated without intentionally added PFAS.

⚙️ Technical Features and Comfort

Closure and Protection: The two-way front zipper is practical and secured by an outer storm flap with concealed snap fasteners for maximum insulation against the cold.
Hood and Cuffs: The three-panel hood is adjustable and fleece-lined for added warmth. The cuffs are adjustable with a snap fastener.
Multiple Pockets: It offers excellent storage capacity with:
Two zippered, welted chest pockets.
Two zippered handwarmer pockets with side openings.
An interior zippered chest pocket for valuables.
